Blazers Send Three To Pueblo

by Eric Rodgers

The Oklahoma City Blazers have announced that they have sent forwards Matej Hajek and Benjamin St. Onge, and defenseman Spencer Harvey to the Pueblo Bulls, in exchange for cash considerations.

"We made the move to get a couple young guys some playoff experience and growth," said owner Jake Runey. "As we prepare for the future, we want our young guys to get this experience. We will continue to push to finish strong, and are continuing to set ourselves up for success in the future."

Hajek and St. Onge joined Oklahoma City this season, in their first seasons of play in the WSHL, while Harvey was in his second season with the Blazers.

Hajek was the Blazers third-leading scorer with 48 points in 36 games this season, while St. Onge led the team in scoring with 65 points in 35 games. Harvey departs the team with 43 points in 83 career games, the highest games played among active Blazers as he currently sits in 13th in all-time Blazers games played.
